Clubrava ("we", "us") provides a white-label software platform that sports academies, clubs, venues, schools and communities use to run their operations. You can contact us about privacy at any time at info@prosportsuae.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers clubrava.com, our marketing website, and the information we hold about the clubs and organisations we work with.
When a club uses Clubrava to run its own apps and booking pages, that club decides how its members' data is used and is the data controller. We process that data on the club's behalf, under a written data processing agreement and only on its instructions. If you are a member, parent or player of a club, please read your club's privacy notice and contact the club first.
Information we collect
On this website we collect:
- Demo requests: your name, organisation, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, type of organisation, number of venues and anything you choose to write in your message.
- Emails you send us: the content of your message and your contact details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested and time) to keep the site secure and working.
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising pixels or third-party analytics, and it does not load scripts or fonts from other companies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo and talk to you about Clubrava.
- To set up and provide the platform if your organisation becomes a customer.
- To keep the website and platform secure and to prevent abuse.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Legal bases
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: steps taken at your request before entering a contract; performance of our contract with your organisation; our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping our services secure; and compliance with legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our services, such as website hosting, email and payment processing providers, under contracts that require them to keep it secure and use it only for our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards, such as contractual commitments, to protect it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless your organisation becomes a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies. Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days. Club data processed in the platform is kept for as long as the club instructs, and deleted or returned when the club leaves.
Children
This website is meant for organisations and their staff, not for children. Clubs use the platform to manage information about the children who train with them; that data belongs to the club and is protected by role-based access, so coaches and staff only see what their role needs.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email info@prosportsuae.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encryption in transit, strict security headers, role-based access and the principle of least privilege. Read more on our security page.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date below and, where appropriate, let customers know directly.
